360voice.com update from 12.2.07

December 2nd, 2007 by ep

Part of the cool factor of 360voice is the badges you earn because of your GamerScore. In order for the site to recognize titles, they have to be played on the system fairly recently. Part of my problem with this is that I’m a renter, I don’t own every game I’ve played.

For anyone who buys most of their games, don’t get me wrong I do buy quite a few, they can just pop them back in for a couple seconds, they get updated and your blog gets updated. One of the features they recently re-installed was game recovery. They’ll go in and check your account and update your game data, if you let them know the game name, the last time you played online and your total gamerpoints from the title.

I’ve been trying to get GameFly to send me some old games to update everything but some of the games are old and have very low availablity. For most of the games I didn’t want to play again or didn’t think I would be able to get, I’ve been filling out the form at 360voice.

My second batch of requests were pending for a couple weeks, maybe a month, but just last week I went in to check my 360s blog and they had updated everything, every title I had played. I was blown away that the admins at the site would take the effort to complete my entire profile.

Again I’ll remind everyone, this is a great site with great features and this should be further proof the kind of awesome community you’ll be dealing with.
